Job Title: Customer Service Expert (Location: South County, RI)

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Process and confirm customer orders 
  • Advise customers of delivery schedule and pick up details for orders
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding import status and shipment schedules
  • Inventory management
  • Issue invoices to customers, enter payables and receivables on monthly basis 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask; time management
  • Computer skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree
